Dreamland monitors the number of NFT Sheep in circulation that have yet to earn HOPE$, but have the potential to earn HOPE$ over time (Sheep with remaining energy). This includes Sheep actively being used to earn and Sheep in inventory, marketplace, and wallets.

Since these earnings require time and energy to produce HOPE$, the HOPE$ Potential Earnings Treasury will hold $0.25 per HOPE$ that can be potentially earned.
